  • We are available to take your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That means no matter when you have an emergency Delta is ready to help you.
  • No matter when you call we will have someone at your home within two hours. That’s our policy.
  • When our experts get to your home they will make an initial assessment of the damage and loss.
  • After the initial assessment, we create a work order. Once you sign off, we can begin repairing the damage.
  • This is a good time to contact your insurance company, if you haven’t already. 
  • We are now able to start the restoration process.
  • We constantly monitor the remediation process to make sure we’re using the right equipment from moment to moment to make sure we get the job done as quickly and efficiently possible.
  • Once the remediation process is completed, we’re ready to begin reconstruction. The first step to start getting your life back to normal!
