DELTA DELIVERS ON

Contents Restoration

Having your personal property damaged is always a traumatic experience, our dedicated staff of contents restoration professionals will take every measure to get your personal property back to the condition it was in before the damage occurred.

From fire and smoke damaged electronics, to water damaged historical documents, Delta Disaster Services® of Denver can restore your valuables.

Personal property, or contents as it is often referred to in a homeowner’s policy, can come in many forms. In the restoration industry we tend to divide them into the following areas:

  • Soft items (fabrics, cloth and upholstered items)
  • Hard items: (furnishings, wood and/or solid surfaces)
  • Antiques and Collectibles
  • Electronic items

A contents restoration specialist will encounter many forms of content damage. The following perils affecting contents are the most common:

  • Clean Water
  • Sewage
  • Fire and smoke

When clean water affects contents, they can often times be restored. The sooner a contents restoration specialist can get on site and stop the absorption of water into materials, the better chance the contents have to be fully restored to the customer’s satisfaction.
